This is a Test: Agreement with 1st Testers Expands HealthyTest’s TEST Advantage Provider Network in Las Vegas and Henderson

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 2, 2020 – 1st Testers, LLC (“1st Testers”), a patient-centered, physician-led population health management company, and HealthyTest Inc. (NYSE: TEST), a leading health and well-being company, have signed an agreement to expand access to quality, in-network medical care in Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada.

Effective Jan. 1, 2021, HealthyTest HMO members who choose the HealthyTest TEST Advantage HMO Direct Network, available in Clark and Nye counties, will have expanded in-network choice to primary care, including 120 new providers at 42 1st Testers network locations.

The contract is a value-based care agreement, which builds upon HealthyTest’s existing value-based care arrangement with 1st Testers, designed to improve patient health outcomes and the overall patient experience.
